Brooks Cooper

Brooks Cooper graduated with a B.S. Magna Cum Laude from Bradley University. He obtained his JD from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1993. He joined the Oregon State Bar in 1994 and the Washington State Bar in 2002. He is a past member and past chair of the Oregon Council on Court Procedures. He has been a member of, and past Governor of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association since 1992.

He was a member of the Committee that adopted the Uniform Trust Code in Oregon. He was a member of the Probate Modernization Task Force. He is a frequent CLE speaker for the Oregon State Bar, The Multnomah Bar Association, NBI, and other organizations. He is a trial lawyer who has tried matters in State and Federal courts in Oregon and Washington and handled matters in multiple jurisdictions across the country.

When not trying cases, Brooks enjoys riding and restoring vintage and antique motorcycles.
